Here are answers to some common questions. If you are unable to find an answer to your question, or think of anything that would be particularly helpful to have, just let us know and we will see about providing instructions here!
I paid for my music and haven’t receive any emails or any information about my download!
After your payment has been successfully processed, you should receive an email from email@example.com with information on your purchase and how to download your music.
If you would like to check on the status of your order, or you think the email may have been lost, please click on My Account in the menu bar, log in with your username and password, and you will see your order information, and will be able to download your purchases there.
Please make sure that you add firstname.lastname@example.org to your spam filters and check to make sure that email isn’t going into your Trash or Spam folders.
How can I sell my music on the DosadoMusic site?
If you are a record producer and would like to offer your catalog for sale on the website, we would be delighted to hear from you! Send us an email with your information and we’ll get back to you and get you started.
I can’t find a particular song
If you are unable to find a particular piece of music released by one of the labels that have music on our site, please contact us and we’ll see if we can locate it for you. We are unable to sell/locate records, but we’ll check on the particular tune and see if we can find it for you.
Are you selling CDs or vinyl (45rpm records)?
All music sold on the DosadoMusic site is available as MP3 downloads only. Most producers are no longer cutting records or making CDs. If you are looking for records or CDs, please check with either the producer, your local record supplier, or A&S Records is a good resource: Bob & Marie Shiver, www.asrecords.com

What’s happened to the DOSADO.com website?
Hello Dancers, Callers, Cuers, and Clubs,
Since taking over the business of DOSADO.com in November of 2015, I have struggled to recreate the products and services offered by the Heyman and Dillander families in the past. Unfortunately, my current responsibilities will not allow me to develop the website as planned in the near future, so I am going to reorganize and try to come back to it with a fresh perspective in the future.
The music distribution service will be taken over by Patty Greene of North Carolina. She has been running this aspect of the business from behind the scenes since I took over the business. Patty and her team will be solely responsible for any digital music questions and issues from here on out.
Equipment previously sold here on DOSADO.com will now be available at www.hiltonaudio.com. This includes Yak Stack Speakers and accessories. Unfortunately, I do NOT have these items set up in the online store yet, so the only way to purchase will be to call (713) 955-5911, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The sales will be done “manually” until the store is updated.
Publications (except for the Basic/Mainstream and PLUS Handbooks) will be unavailable until late February, or early March. When they DO become available again, they will be on the www.hiltonaudio.com website. Handbooks are available now with a call or email.
All other items or services previously provided by DOSADO.com are suspended until further notice.
I thank you for your previous patronage. I hope to be able to reorganize and reinvent in the coming months.
Until then…Sincerely Yours,
